Beta End User Agreement for EZ TradePro

This Beta End User Agreement ("Agreement") is between you ("End User" or "you") and Kavaro, Inc. ("Company" or "we" or "us") and governs your use of the beta version of the EZ TradePro Crypto Trading Bot ("Beta Software").

By signing this Agreement and using the Beta Software, you acknowledge and agree that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, do not install or use the Beta Software.

  1. Beta Software. The Beta Software is pre-release software, and as such, may contain bugs, errors, and other issues. You acknowledge that the Beta Software is not intended for production use and is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. Use of Beta Software. You agree to use the Beta Software solely for testing and evaluation purposes and not for any commercial purpose. You further agree not to share or distribute the Beta Software to any third party without the express written permission of the Company.
  3. Confidentiality. You agree to keep all information related to the Beta Software and your use of it confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the express written permission of the Company.
  4. Feedback. By using the Beta software, you agree to provide feedback to the Company regarding your use of the Beta Software, including any bugs or errors that you encounter.
  5. Ownership. You acknowledge that the Beta Software and all intellectual property rights related to it are the exclusive property of the Company.
  6. Termination. The Company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the Beta Software at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice to you. Upon termination, you agree to immediately cease all use of the Beta Software and to delete all copies of the Beta Software in your possession.
  7. Limitation of Liability. In no event shall the Company be liable for any monetary loss and/or damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Beta Software, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
  8. Governing Law. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The State of Utah, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Company and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and the Company regarding the Beta Software.

By installing or using the Beta Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you may not install or use the Beta Software.

Kavaro, Inc. reserves the right to update this Agreement at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Beta Software after any such changes shall constitute your agreement to be bound by the modified Agreement.
